Golden Porch

I had to read this short story twice because i was confused the first time i read it, and to be honest i didn't really get any more out of it the second time. I think that it is written or told from the mind of a child, a very young child. It was very "enchanting" in the description of things, I loved the imagery it gave me, and I'm sure the imagery is different for every person that reads it. I find that amazing, there is so much imagination in the way it was written it seems like it was actually written by a child. Although it was internally beautiful it lacked an overall plot, the only thing that i was positive about was when the uncle dies. It was very traumatic for the little girl because her uncle is who showed her "Alladins cave" which i believe to be the attic full of junk. To adults its crap but treasures to children. I don't really have much more to add I didn't really underatand the material.
